1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on flamingo.jo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or components of similar or higher value if specific items are unavailable, while maintaining the same aesthetic standard and price.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, CliQ, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery (selected areas). Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We endeavour to deliver within the selected time slot but unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather) may cause delays. Flamingo Flowers is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team. After preparation has commenced, cancellations may not be possible and refunds will be at our discretion.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and freshness of all floral products at the time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos and designs are the intellectual property of Flamingo Flowers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Flamingo Flowers liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from late or failed delivery beyond our control.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
